Mission
Girls' Force’s mission is to empower elementary and middle school-age girls with inner strength, confidence, social intelligence, and leadership skills. Character and leadership development is the foundation of our programs.
Founder Profile
Hilary McGinnis launched Girls' Force in 2018. Nurturing female leaders of the future is her life's work.
Miss McGinnis is a member of Google for Startups Women Founders Group, a collective of distinguished female entrepreneurs.
Hilary is a Womens' Herstory and Girls' Leadership keynote speaker.
You may have seen articles written by Miss McGinnis in local magazines. In March 2023 Hilary was featured in a Marin Independent Journal article honoring International Womens' Day.
Miss McGinnis grew up in sunny Kentfield, California. She graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Corporate Communications from Dominican University of California. Hilary has taken business courses at Stanford University and in 2021 she graduated from business accelerator, SelfMade.
Community and Beyond Impact
Every October Girls' Force hosts interactive International Day of the Girl events. The festivities aim to unite and empower local girls to lead.
Afghanistan Family Food Drive
In 2022 Girls' Force partnered with Rumi Spice (Afghanistan B Corp) to feed families in the middle east. Through fundraising Girls' Force provided 129 Afghan families with winter food packages.
